In the original version of Persona 3, players could join one of three culture clubs starting in June. Regardless of the club you chose, you would always start a Social Link with Keisuke Hiraga, the head of the club. Persona 3 Reload, however, makes a slight change by only giving players the option to join the art club. This change not only adds a new dynamic to the story but also enhances the character development of Keisuke Hiraga.
Keisuke Hiraga, a third-year student, is faced with the difficult task of making a decision that will shape his future. This agonizing choice becomes the focal point of his Social Link. As players join the Fortune (or Wheel of Fortune) Arcana, they delve into the potential for good or bad luck, major turning points, and the impact of a life-altering decision. Hiraga embodies this card, standing at a crossroads where his choice not only determines his own destiny but also influences the fortunes of those around him who seem to be plagued by misfortune.
General Information
To start the Fortune Social Link, you must meet Keisuke Hiraga on June 17. Unlike other Social Links, this one does not require specific social stats. However, to progress in the link and unlock each rank event, you will need to accumulate relationship points with Hiraga. The best way to earn these points is by spending time with him and choosing the right dialogue options during events.
In addition to spending time with him during the art club meetings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, you can also earn relationship points by accepting his invitations to hang out on days off. The nature of these events may vary depending on your current Fortune rank, but you can always choose from two dialogue options that will earn you three points and one option that earns zero points. Praying at the shrine during the day and using dating site notes in the evening can also increase your relationship points with Hiraga.
It’s worth noting that Fuuka sometimes appears in Fortune rank events, but she does not play a major role in the story, and engaging with her will not increase your relationship points with her Social Link.

In this rank event, Fuuka complains about a headache after attending art club, and Hiraga showcases his knowledge of medical diagnoses. Players learn that his father is a doctor, and Hiraga himself has acquired extensive knowledge about the family trade.
