To help you on your journey, you’ll also encounter Astrolabe Essence Traders who have fresh schematics to unlock new craftable items. Just remember, you won’t find schematics for higher-tier workbenches here – you’ll have to head to the Provisioner Realms for those. 🏗️
⚡️ How to Unlock the Astrolabe Card
Unlocking the Astrolabe card is no easy feat, but it’s definitely worth the effort! To begin your quest for the Astrolabe Major Card, you’ll need to locate an Astrolabe Site of Power in an Abeyance Realm. These sites are marked on the map with a temple icon, so keep an eye out for them. 🗺️
Once you find the Astrolabe Site of Power, you’ll need a gear score of at least level 30 to enter. Don’t worry if your gear score isn’t there yet – you can raise it by crafting higher-leveled gear or upgrading your current gear using the Simple Upgrade Bench. ⚒️
Inside the Astrolabe Site of Power, you’ll face various enemies on different levels. Defeat them and progress towards the giant mechanism with three beams in its center. Activate the mechanism by locating a nearby button. This will trigger a boss fight against the formidable Fabled Automaton Bishop, who can teleport and shoot projectiles.
Tip: Having a recruit with you can make the fight easier, but beware of the smaller automatons fighting alongside the boss. Aim for the orb at the top of the staff to weaken the Fabled Automaton Bishop. Once you defeat the boss, you can release the Hope Echo, unlock the ability to craft the Astrolabe card, and embark on a new quest to unlock the Provisioner card. 🌟
🛠️ How to Craft an Astrolabe Card
Crafting an Astrolabe Card requires a Simple Enchanter’s Focus, which you can make using one piece of lumber, two ingots, and five pieces of glass. You can purchase the schematics for a Simple Enchanter’s Focus from an Essence Trader.
Under the Realm Cards section, search for the Astrolabe Card and gather the necessary ingredients: one piece of paper, one ink, and 25 Essence Dust. Create paper by using two wood bundles on a Simple Saw Table, make ink using glass and refined pigment on a Simple Mortar Station, and obtain Essence Dust by collecting resources, killing mobs, or extracting it from items. Once crafted, you’ll find the Astrolabe Card in your inventory’s Realm Cards tab. 📜
